- A new way to think about setbacks: bounce forward, not bounce back
- Practical steps for breaking unhealthy cycles so they don’t pass to the next generation

About Michelle
Michelle Rogers is a resilience speaker and the author of The Resiliency Blueprint: A Life Guide to Being Seen, Safe, and Loved. She spent years as a surgical technologist in orthopedic and trauma care while building her businesses on the side, then made the leap to full-time entrepreneurship in 2022. Today she runs Magnetic Property Management, co-founded OK Ranch, a Pennsylvania nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, and is a foster parent in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Michelle’s message comes from lived experience: moving from being gaslit, abused, and broken down to a life built on purpose and self-trust. She teaches what she calls radical resilience, the belief that resilience is learned, not inherited, and that anyone can learn to bounce forward.
