Kelly Kennedy
Kelly Kennedy is a pioneering voice in bioregulatory and terrain-based medicine, an international educator, and the co-founder of The True Wellness Center. Her path into this work was forged through personal adversity- witnessing her father’s battle with cancer, navigating her own immune and hormonal challenges, and recovering from a near-fatal car accident in her early twenties. Told she would live with chronic pain, she chose a different path: decades of immersive study and hands-on clinical work rooted in the European Biological model and energetic medicine, guided by world-renowned mentors within that community. Today, she brings more than 27 years of training and over 19 years of clinical experience to clients worldwide, with a mission to restore the body’s innate ability to self-regulate. Kelly helps people become deeply self-aware of how their body is communicating so they can identify their strengths, pinpoint what’s out of balance, and stop guessing their way through healing. She specializes in uncovering the root patterns driving symptoms across stress physiology, immune reactivity, hormones, digestion, lymph, fascia, and nervous system regulation. Her work especially resonates with people who “do all the right things” yet still feel stuck, sensitive, inflamed, or fatigued and want an approach that builds coherence rather than forcing outcomes. Through in-person and virtual services, Kelly teaches her proprietary Energy F.L.O.W. approach- Energy, Fascia, Lymph, Oxygen, and Water- as a foundation for regulation and long-term change. Her offerings include targeted consults, transformative hands-on immersions, bioenergetic and bioregulatory support, and community-based education through the Energy F.L.O.W. Forum. She also leads her signature program, The 21-Day Lymphatic System Breakthrough, a guided experience designed to help people reconnect with their body’s signals, open key drainage pathways, and establish a simple daily routine that supports flow, reduces congestion, and restores a sense of clarity, lightness, and forward momentum. You can find learn more from and follow her work by following her podcast, Energy F.L.O.W., Instagram @truewellnessglobal & @kellywellnessgirl and her Youtube Channel.
Jayna Swan
Speaker, Emotional Mastery Mentor, and Founder of H.E.R. – Healthy Emotional Regulation
Jayna Swan is a Keynote Speaker, Emotional Mastery Mentor, and the founder of H.E.R. Healthy Emotional Regulation, a method that helps high-performing women understand and work with the deeper patterns of the mind, body, and nervous system so they can lead their lives and businesses from a place of stability rather than stress.
Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, leadership and emotional intelligence, and women’s personal development retreats, guiding women through the internal shifts required to sustain success without burnout.
Jayna is known for helping women uncover the subconscious patterns driving their reactions, decisions, and relationships. While most personal development focuses on surface-level strategies, Jayna’s work addresses the deeper layers of the mind — the beliefs, emotional imprints, and nervous system responses that quietly shape behavior. By bringing awareness to these patterns and teaching practical ways to regulate the body and reframe the mind, she helps women replace reactivity with clarity, resilience, and grounded leadership.
Her philosophy is simple but powerful: when a woman learns to regulate her internal world, her external world begins to change with it.
Jayna’s approach was shaped by her own lived experience. In her early adulthood, she endured seven vulvar surgeries related to chronic pain, a chapter of life that forced her to confront the connection between emotional stress, the nervous system, and the body. Through deep personal healing work and years of studying behavioral change, emotional processing, and subconscious transformation, she developed the H.E.R. methodology — integrating movement, meditation, mindfulness, and advanced mindset work to help women release old patterns and step into a more regulated way of living and leading.
Before founding H.E.R., Jayna’s message on maintaining healthy relationships through mastering greater communication skills reached over 20 million people online, resonating deeply with men who struggled to understand and connect with women. Today, she works privately with select clients and hosts immersive retreats for women navigating burnout, visibility pressure, and the emotional weight of leadership.
These retreats offer a rare environment where women can step away from constant output and reconnect with themselves. Through guided conversations, somatic practices, and deep reflection, participants learn how to regulate their nervous systems, process emotional patterns, and return to their work and relationships with renewed clarity and resilience.
Jayna believes emotional regulation is not about suppressing feelings or becoming endlessly calm. Instead, it is about building the internal capacity to experience life fully while remaining grounded in the midst of it.
For women who feel called to do deeper work in a supportive and immersive environment, Jayna hosts a limited number of private retreat experiences each year.
